“My husband and I did not want to take any chances with the extensive work needed on our recently purchased property where we planned to build a home. We were looking for an excavation company to deliver the full package which for us included removing stumps building a driveway, excavation, drainage 
and backfill. Additional earth work included installing a septic system, placement of concrete footings for the decks and finished grading on a challenging sloped and rocky site with minimal top soil. We chose Renaissance because of their excellent reputation. From the beginning, Doug Edson was great to work with. He was easy to reach and his experience was invaluable. Renaissance employees are professional, hard working and talented in their craft. Mar, Travis, and Corwin made an excellent team. The quality of work they delivered cannot be beat. In particular, they constructed beautiful sweeping terraces on the west side of the home. They did a great job managing storm water on the driveway and around the house. The loam they brought in and placed was excellent quality and not compacted during installation. And, in placing the footings for the decks they saved my husband time and any potential headaches.
